Proof of Renters Insurance (Stadium House Apartments must be listed as an additional insured/interested party. Policy must have $100,000 liability coverage and $20,000 personal property coverage.) You are not required to use any particular company and may purchase insurance from any company you wish. Deans and Homer offers water overflow and plumbing backup in addition to Living Expense coverage in the standard policy.

"My fiancé and I recently moved in, and we love living here so far! The staff are amazing, very friendly, helpful, and responsive. The maintenance team is always on top of things. They always keep the common areas in great shape and are constantly cleaning the area. The apartment is a great value for what we're getting in terms of square footage, location, and amenities. We love that they have a dog park for our dogs! We would highly recommend checking Stadium House out if you're looking for a new home!"
